Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Customers can return or request a refund for their glasses within 15 days of receipt if they are not satisfied with the product or if the product arrives defective or damaged in transit.
Return Procedure
Initiate the return: Contact your local DHL delivery service to arrange the return shipment. It is important to note that the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Shipping Notification: After scheduling the return with DHL, send an email to office@bettervision.eu with the DHL shipping information. This email should include the tracking number and any other relevant shipping details.
Refund Issue
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned items.
Additional Information
Free shipping is provided for the initial delivery of the order via DHL, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure the items are packed securely to avoid any damage in transit.
