Delivery

Next day delivery refers to all orders submitted before 14:00 Monday through Friday. Orders after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 14 hours on Friday will be processed on the first day of the following week. BetterVision.eu strives to deliver all products within 1-5 business days in most cases. If there is an expected delay in the delivery of a product, our associate will contact you to inform you. We will do our best to execute your order within a reasonable time, but we will not be responsible for any loss caused by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time we quote, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will try to ensure you get your order as soon as possible or, if you wish, cancel your order. Please note that while shipments sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-10 business days, some shipments may take longer. Please order from BetterVision.eu sufficient time in advance to prevent any loss or disappointment arising from delivery time, as we can not be held responsible for this.

Payment

We accept secure payments with PayPal and credit cards. For specific countries we accept pay on delivery if it is supported by your local courier. After receiving the shipment at the nearest Speedy or Rapido courier service, you can open and view the product. Once you are sure that what you ordered is available, you have to pay for the order of the employees at the courier company’s office (cash on delivery).

For all other orders, we accept secure PayPal payments with credit cards or PayPal accounts.

All prices are in EUR with VAT included.

Return Terms

We know you will be happy with your purchases from BetterVision.eu, but there may be times when you will have to return our products. If this happens during the opening of the package to a courier company employee, you can return the product without paying the amount, but you will pay the amount to return it. Of course, you can always contact us while you are in the courier company’s office and let us know what the reason is to cancel the product. If the reason for the refusal is a defect, a product problem caused by transport or any other kind of description mismatch and the resulting commodity, then you can cancel the product without paying, delivery price, product price or return price. If you wish to return the product after you have already paid it and taken from the courier company’s office, please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss what has happened and what the condition of the product is. You may return the products purchased by us within 15 days.

Items damaged during delivery

If there is any damage to your products and goods at delivery, please contact us when the shipment is opened in the courier company. Tell us about the damage within 3 business days if you took the product and opened it at home later. If the items are clearly damaged upon receipt, it is best to sign the carrier’s reverse delivery text accordingly. The products must be returned to the original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Once we get them back to our warehouse, we can replace the product or completely cancel your order.
